A 4-star seafront hotel in Riccione with a dated visual identity and a website that had not changed since 2015. We rebuilt everything from the logomark to the booking flow design, repositioning the hotel in the premium leisure category where it belonged.


A new organic food brand from the Rimini area needed a visual identity and packaging system that could hold its own against established names. We built a design language rooted in the Adriatic coast: natural and considered, without the cliches of the organic category.
A new luxury events brand launching in Riccione needed a visual identity built for digital-first marketing. The motion pack gave them an instant social presence: animated logos, story templates and a visual playbook their team could use independently from day one.

A studio built on craft.
heroic-designs started in Riccione in 2019. The name came from a conversation about what separates work people remember from work that just gets done. We decided the answer involved craft, conviction and a willingness not to play it safe.
Riccione is an unusual base for a design studio. It is better known for hotels, tourism and summer nightlife than for creative agencies. That turned out to be useful. The industries we work with most - hospitality, food, events and tourism - are embedded in the Adriatic coast and we understand them from the inside.
We operate as a small focused team. Every project gets senior creative attention regardless of budget. We do not scale by assigning juniors to work that has already been sold.

We went from a product on a shelf to a brand people actually look for. That shift happened in one design project.
The motion pack gave us a visual language we did not know we needed. Our social content went from random posts to a recognisable identity overnight.
How we work.
We start by understanding the business, its audience and competitive context. Discovery ends in creative territory: what would make this brand genuinely different, not just different from a brief.
From discovery we build a creative strategy: positioning, tone of voice, visual direction. Moodboards are presented and we wait for the right one to land before touching any design tools.
Main production. We develop 2 to 3 distinct creative concepts with context and rationale. We move forward within the chosen direction, not between directions after the fact.
Two structured revision rounds. We take written feedback, process it and deliver an updated version. Revisions work best when feedback is consolidated, not drip-fed.
Final files in the formats you actually need, with documentation on how to use them. Brand projects include a usage guide. UI projects include a design system with annotations.
