How we work.
Five phases. No ambiguity. Documented deliverables.
We start by understanding the business, its audience and competitive context. Discovery ends in creative territory: what would make this brand genuinely different, not just different from a brief.
From discovery we build a creative strategy: positioning, tone of voice, visual direction. Moodboards are presented and we wait for the right one to land before touching any design tools.
Main production. We develop 2 to 3 distinct creative concepts with context and rationale. We move forward within the chosen direction, not between directions after the fact.
Two structured revision rounds. We take written feedback, process it and deliver an updated version. Revisions work best when feedback is consolidated, not drip-fed.
Final files in the formats you actually need, with documentation on how to use them. Brand projects include a usage guide. UI projects include a design system with annotations.
