TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Parties
heroic-designs, Viale Nino Bixio, 21, 47838 Riccione (RN), Italy. By placing an order or making payment you accept these terms.
2. Services
heroic-designs provides digital design services including brand identity, UI/UX design, web design, motion graphics, print design and illustration. All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are included unless explicitly agreed.
3. Payment
Payment in full is required before project work begins for fixed-scope projects. For larger projects, staged payment may be agreed in writing. All payments are processed via Stripe.
4. Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables become the property of the client. Unused concepts and working files remain the property of heroic-designs unless otherwise agreed.
5. Revisions
Two structured revision rounds are included in all packages. Additional revisions are available at the hourly rate.
6. Liability
heroic-designs shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project.
7. Governing law
Italian law applies. Jurisdiction: Tribunale di Rimini, Italy.
